Happy day :)

Although I only slept at 2am and had to wake up at 6.30 7.30 to meet Leen at Dover MRT. I overslept by a whole hour >< And when I ran to the MRT station, I realised Leen was going to be later than me haha. So I had time to grab something to eat from 7-11. Reminds me: Wenxuan asked an interesting question today - If 7-11s are 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, why do the doors have locks? XD

Anyway Leen finally arrived then we met Rachel at Outram then eventually Guenyik at ECP! And we had an itch to use the road bikes again so we spent a bit more to rent those :) And then we cycleddd! :) The pace was much much faster than the actual bike hike pace. We chionged super a lot! Especially the last 40 minutes cuz we were halfway to Changi Airport already, and Wenxuan was waiting for us at Macs already. We cycled on the road :D We're still suffering Bike Hike Blues lah XD And my bike gears got problem. They auto change -__- No matter how I try to change from 1-6, it'll always return back to 1-6 again within the next 10 minutes.

At Bedok Jetty we had lots of fun doing stupid, AA stuff though! :D Like lying on the ground doing leg raises to take picture of our feet against the sky XD And buddha jumpshots. And bivalent jumpshots. All so much fail XD But so fun! :)))

Had lunch at macs with the rest of the batch as they came filtering in. Was really happy that the turnout was so good :) 17 people + Raash! We set a record at the rental place by having the longest receipt lmao.

Surprisingly I can still skate!! I thought I'd have forgotten after not skating for years. I think the last time I skated was in Primary 3? Xinyi and Leen already knew how to skate. Then Daniel (see, land chiefs zai :)) and Guenyik picked up very fast also. Xinyi was teaching Rachel and I was teaching Rayna, and Rayna was a way better pupil than Rachel haha XD Eventually Rayna was able to skate without assistance while Rachel... Well let's not talk about it :P

"All Fall One, One Fall All!" is our new motto haha! Cuz if we're all holding on to each other while skating, once anyone falls, other people just get dragged along XD

After that we went to float around Parkway Parade to wait for dinnertime. Eventually settled at the food court but got kaobei-ed by the manager for 1) Jingxi playing cards 2) staying there too long 3) Guenyik and Xinyi eating outside food -___- So we moved elsewhere, to the fountains there. Got Luqiang's cake and gave her a "surprise" which was quite fail cuz it was hard to block the cake haha.

Shuttlebus-ed and MRT-ed with Celene, Jiaxi, Luqiang, Wenxuan and Yongkai! And I finally realised that Wenxuan and Cheryl live in the same block haha. And were in the same p6 class :O

Anyway, as of today, LAND CHIEFS HAVE ACHIEVED THEIR GOAL SET AT FIRST GM HURRAH XDD I wonder when we're going to take Level 2, or 2 star (when some people haven't even taken 1 star yet!) :P So far we've only done the usual PT sessions, 2 land activities and 1 air activity. More importantly I wonder when we're going to do something about our fail PnS and FA skills XD

On a totally different note, WE CAN WEAR BLAZER BACK FOR FOUNDER'S DAY!!! Haha our protest worked! Thank you Ms Ho, thank you Kat! <3333 That week's going to be super happening :) 21st get back Bio blocks + Rach's bday, 22nd Invest, 24th Founders' + possible CC dinner, 25th possibly going Founder's Day Dinner. But I can't wait! :)) It's like a fusion week with stuff from past and present haha :)

@Jiajun: Bakuman's the one by the duo who did Death Note right! Heard it paled in comparison though >< TTGL's fanbase is definitely smaller than the WSJ ones! At least when I was watching it (as it aired in Japan) the fanbase was relatively small... :/

BLOCKS ARE OVER!!!

Okay sorry I'm slow.

Bio was actually MUCH better than I expected. I expected a felling worse than Math. But! Surprisingly do-able, albeit slightly short of time and the occasional weird question. Like the first essay question. 6 marks, can only think of one pathetic point ohnoes. It seems like a lot of people didn't finish the paper though. Zhenghang left the last 2 essays blank so when they passed the papers forward I thought it was unused paper and almost didn't hand in mine haha. Nevertheless I daren't hope for too much, because experience tells me that when I think I did "well", I don't, and when I think I screwed up, I do surprisingly better XD

And it is official: I have NEVER taken an exam with someone both in front and behind me. Monday, AYG, both Bernice and Clara not around. Then the remaining 4 days, Clara and Bernice take turns to be absent. Hahaha.

Went with about half the class to watch Transformers just now! The plot was a bit huh, the ending anti-climatic, but the graphics were *____* awesome. And the combi of the old-man-transformer and Optimus Prime! AHAHAH where have I seen that before. GATTAI!!!! Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann! Haha only thing I could think of when I saw it. I can't believe TTGL was like in Sec 3. Epic-ness XD One of those anime that don't have huge followings but are actually way better than the "popular" ones like the "greats" of Shounen Jump: One Piece, Naruto, Bleach and the like.

I suddenly had this thought that Shounen Jump is like Johnny's :O In a sense. Getting your manga into Shounen Jump is almost guaranteed success. Getting into Johnny's is also fairly guaranteed success as long as you get to debut after your stint as a Junior or get recognised enough even though you're still a Junior after more than 10 years in the jimusho (Ikuta Toma!!! ><). Shounen Jump manga tend to have similar formula. And you can't deny that Johnny's have roughly the same formula although they do try to vary it a bit. And it works better for some than others. Like TakkiTsuba, Golf&Mike etc bombed (more or less, sad to say), but others like Arashi, SMAP grow from strength to strength.

MATH WAS F*)W#FHIOHKLFN BAD.

First question already stun diao. And all my answers were superrr weird. Ahh. And I realized that they give a lot of paper for Math haha. I got 18 sheets!? Clara had 15. In the end I only used 7 though. So I was left with the same number that Geena had at the start haha.

I can only hope that Bio won't be as bad >< But how good can it be when it's 20mcqs, 60m structured, 20m essay in TWO HOURS?! Confirm cannot finish one. Gah.

And so, while more than half the people I know (Physics people, a lot of ACJC people, RJ people...) go watch movies and/or slack, I shall go mug Bio. But first, my brain demands some time for recuperation after the battering it received just now.

Edit: Lol after changing my PM on MSN, I realised I had 2 friends with the exact same thing as I initially had XD 「明日を信じて進みたい」Arashi fans ahaha.

Yay, more than halfway through! :D

Econs yesterday was... Big big emphasis on Market Failure :/ I drew the negative externality graph at least 3 times!!! And repeated myself many times in different parts of the question (and different papers). Didn't have enough time to finish, as always -__- And that was made worse by my thinking the paper ended 5 minutes later than it really did argh. Oh wells, can only hope for the best!

Chem today, and I think the MCQ was actually easier than the 2007 and 2008 papers. Maybe it's just me. I actually had time to finish! I thought I wouldn't be able to finish, judging from what happened when I did the 07 and 08 papers haha (spending 10 minutes on 1 pathetic mcq question ftl).

Math tomorrow! And then Bio. The extra long (sort of) break before Math isn't very good -__- I end up slacking (like I am now). I didn't slack at all much yesterday because there was a shorter break between Econs and Chem haha.

Anyway, Oricon updated with 1st day sales for "Everything". On first thought: DISAPPOINTING DDDD: 135,053. But now that I look at it again, it's actually pretty good haha. Despite the sky-high insane Ninki rankings that were considerably more than than all their past singles. Unlike their past 2 singles (the record breaking ones), and the one 4 singles ago (another record breaker), it's not a double-A side!! I keep failing to remember that. So that means less versions (there are some fangirls that would buy all the versions...) and less freebies (pv dvds). Plus, no big drama/movie tie-ins like their past 5 singles that have all had at least one major tie-in, if not two. So the last single to compare it to that had no tie-ins would be "Step and Go", which sold 107,689. And then compare it to "One Love" of Great Hana Yori Dango Fame, and doesn't it put "One Love" (130,567) to shame? XD Same for "Beautiful Days" (145,341) of Ryuusei no Kizuna fame. Hahaha.

That reminds me, this is like the "Beautiful days" situation... Considerably high Ninki rankings and super high expectations cuz it's released after a record-breaking single... Then spamrefresh Oricon around 6pm on the release day only to find lackluster sales haha. In either case I think with just its 1st weeks sales "Everything" can get into the top 10 for the year (haha byebye KinKi Kids :/). It's just a matter of how high, and how long it stays in the top 10 :) Maybe it'll turn out just like last year's charts - Arashi at 1,2,10 and 12 XD After all they've already got #1 and #2 (and it doesn't look like they're going to be usurped anytime soon!).

"Everything" was on constant replay mode in my head yesterday. And the other day I saw a forum thread with "misheard lyrics" and I almost died of laughter. "Sunrise, Nippon" --> "Sunrise, MEATBALLS" rotflmao. I mourn for the fact that I will never, ever, be able to hear "Sunrise, Nippon" again without hearing "Sunrise, MEATBALLS" instead TT^TT And what is it with soramimi (misheard) lyrics, Arashi and food!? In "All or Nothing ver1.02". "Ya know what I mean" --> "RAMEN" ahh. After all my months of being in the Arashi fandom I FINALLY realise that it's "Ya know what I mean" hahaha. At least I'm not the only one who heard "Ramen" XP

And I finished "The Quiz Show" today! YAYY. Finally. Now I just need to catch up with "Smile" to finish the Spring dramas I was following haha. Luckily there're no Arashi-related dramas for Summer (yet..?) haha. "The Quiz Show" definitely wasn't as simple as I expected when it first started o_o Twist here turn there... Totally didn't expect the ending. Still thought Honma was "righteous" (though his means of exacting revenge warped), then later, I thought Kamiyama was the "wronged" one, then in the end!? "I lied to you TT^TT If I hadn't lied to you, Misaki may not have died TT^TT But it was supposed to be a surpriseeee!! I was only helping her confess to you although I obviously still liked her TT^TT" argh?!

But I must say Yoko is very good at doing crying scenes. Probably even better than Ohno, whom I admired in Maou for his crying skillz haha. All in all I think Yoko did a better job than Sho actually haha. Yoko's become my favourite Kanjani8 member because of it hahaha. And well, let's just say Sho just isn't the best actor in Arashi XD Nino, Jun, Ohno any day. And I wish there was a way to miraculously improve my Japanese; I hate having partial understanding -__- It's good enough to understand what's happening but I miss out on some details. Plus I'm lost when it comes to technical jargon.

Ohnoes 5 long paragraphs on Arashi (sort of) >___<;; My priorities are so warped haha. Mustmustmust go do Bio+Math now!

GP today. Erm I don't know what to say about it. I chose to do technology for essay again. I can only hope that it's as "good" if not better than last time haha. As for compre... Why so many language-related questions huh! o-o And AQ was just weird and I think I'll be getting 1/8 again, yay me.

I was my own little island just now. Reg #2 of my class, but #1 and #3 are both AYG dancers so they got to skip GP. Then the guy on my right had a temperature higher than 37.6 so he left before the paper began. Haha actually Crystal also had a temp higher than 37.6 when she was entering school but she went to rest in the shade for 10 minutes and her temp dropped to 37.4 so the security guard let her in lol.

Got a call from Cheryl Lam just now! :) And it ended with us scanning each other stuff. So I now have the RJ Econs Case Study and she has my Bio Class and Lecture Tests XD

This really, really feels like the O's you know. Not just that its exams, and afternoon papers. The slack-ness as well. Like go home, "hmm I don't feel like studying just yet!", start going on youtube, lj, watching videos etc etc. It's 8 now and I haven't touched Econs yet haha. Yes, this is EXACTLY like the O's >< Only thing is, I bet the grades aren't even going to be half as good as the O's. And I'm not even doing anything to prevent that :/

To this day we're all still wondering if 4G got our straight-line-I-can-draw-with-my-ruler (straight A1s) for EMath... Mr Ling owes us Mac's if we did XD Must remember to ask him on Founder's haha!

Ninki (popularity) rankings for "everything" are out and it's insane. 458!!! o_o I don't know how it exceeded 400 because it's based on a survey of 400 people. I've seen 300+ three times (all Arashi lmao) but >200 is already rare lor. Like does it mean many people surveyed indicated they were going to buy 2 copies?! Huh. Okay whatever. High ninki rankings don't necessarily mean good sales figures but I'm still expecting sales to be high. Very high. As high as "Ashita no Kioku" and "Believe", despite the fact that "everything" doesn't have any drama/movie tie-ins like the other 2 4 did. Seriously, Arashi has the power to make people forget that they're supposed to be tightening their belts now in this recession ><

And not going out for lunch or dinner (aka sitting oneself at a table mugging non-stop) just makes it worse. Though spamming post-its and eating does help... But I think more went into my mouth than into my brain .__.;

I don't remember doing that for national exams even -__- I think the study-one-hour-reward-self-with-half-an-hour-of-videos is by far the superior mugging formula for me... Perhaps it is time to convert all my backlogged GnA and Ans into mp4s and fill my ipod with them! :)

Aaaand it also sucks that to get home, I usually wait for the bus for a least twice the amount of time I actually sit in it >____<

Yesterday was a very happy happy day :)

Nothing much actually happened at either gathering, but it was still nice to meet up and catch up with everyone! Though by the time I reached Caesar's, a lot of people had left SBC gathering already :( Talked with Caesar for 45 minutes non-stop :) Miss my namesake so much :( Miss getting mixed up with "the other Sarah Chua", missed being called "Salad" and hearing her being called "Caesar"...

Caesar told me about the "horrors" of ACJC Council Camp, which sounds as bad, if not even worse, than the tekanning we got at YLTC. Well there were different aspects I suppose. They had night games that lasted for hours (like until 3am?!) and was basically non-stop tekanning because every corner you turned a senior would catch you and do stuff to you. And just as we thought 120 counts to grab clothes and change after seaex was bad, they had 6 minutes to run to some ulu block (think running from canteen block to clock tower or maybe even further I guess) and change into FORMAL attire. Meaning stockings, court shoes, ties and the whole works o_o And that was after already running back and forth to change from PE to uniform and back and forth a few times.

Heard more about council camp horror at CC retreat! Basically it was Sann, Zhang and I listening to Kat, Maisie and Megan talk about council camp haha. And about their fellow councilors and all. All in all, we had a really good time catching up (though more time was spent talking about AC council haha) :) It really sucked, though, that Xiao and Jiani were under H1N1 quarantine, and Lyddie messaged at like 8+ to say "Hey guys, I thought I could make it, but I'm still stuck in a jam from Malaysia to Singapore!" lmao. Only 3/5 of the CC there :(

Nevertheless, it was great :) Really miss them, and being able to be so retarded around them. Being able to break out into song ("Happiness sia!" "Hitotsu dake no Happiness~~~!") and have them join in/ignore me because they're so used to it (depends who it is). And fangirl openly over Arashi and whatever else with Kat and Sann (WHERE WERE YOU HEWJIANI D:) :)

We tried to call Ms Ho...! To complain about why our Founder's Day letters say to wear our COLLEGE UNIFORM. Noo why must our year be the first year that it's not college blazers D: No no we are going to protest. And we'll start with us, the Central Committee of the Prefectorial Board >D And yes, by the way, Ms Ho dao-ed both Kat and my calls -__-;; Gotta do this by email/sms then...!

And congratulations to HALF the ACJC council exco! :D MG spammage man. All girl exco members are MG girls :) Plus 4G spammage with Ivfen as Treasurer, Lianne as PR and Maisie as Welfare :DDD But of course, there's KAT as Vice-Pres :D Omedetouuu <3 Really really proud of all of them :)

Like finally. Limited edition will have 3 CDs :O 42 tracks in total. Though only 1 new track lol. It's gonna have EVERYTHING (singles) from A.RA.SHI. till Ashita no Kioku/Crazy Moon! Plus 10 other B-side songs chosen by them. Although I'm disappointed at the lack of new tracks and solo tracks, I guess this is what we fans get since they're super busy leading up to 10th anniversary plus the insane number of singles that have yet to be released on album...! Nevertheless, super excited!!! And despite my crying wallet, I have pre-ordered it ._. It'll be erm, a belated birthday present for myself? :D?

PLUS they're going on tour too :D ... Not like I can go but STILL. Major major tour (well of course, 10th anniversary) - 5 big domes, 2-3 days at each dome, PLUS KOKURITSU. YES KOKURITSU. THE KOKURITSU KYOUGIJOU. The Tokyo Olympics Stadium!!! :OOO Okay actually they performed there before but only 2 days. Max anyone has ever done there. But now they're doing 3 days! First ever in history yo :)) And to begin with, only 1 artist is allowed to perform there every year and Arashi's doing it 2 years in a row :OOO
